HEY DUDE, I'M RUBI!

I'm a podcast producer, audio expert, limb difference advocate, speaker, and entrepreneur. Being born with a physical difference could have positioned my life to go in a different direction. I could’ve fallen into the victim mentality and lived a life of “I wish I could...”, but I used my difference as fuel to become successful and impact others.

Moving from Texas to Southern California, I graduated with a degree in audio engineering and music management in 2015. After 2 years, however, I quickly realized the music industry was not where I wanted to be. With a passion to inspire others still burning bright, I created The Ladies Code Blog in 2018.

Throughout the years, I had lost myself in the world of expectations. My voice was lost amongst the masses, so I decided to push myself out of my comfort zone and started a podcast to use my voice. Thats when I founded Podcast & Co., where I work with high-level entrepreneurs, coaches, and influencers to help them not only connect with their audience on a deeper level, but also have their voices heard.
