By selecting the 4-Month Payment Plan option at checkout for the Launch Your Fucking Podcast Course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Schedule: You will be charged in four equal installments for the course fee, with the first payment processed immediately upon checkout. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged to the original payment method every 30 days from the initial purchase date.

2. Total Course Fee: The total course fee for the Launch Your Fucking Podcast Course will be divided into four equal installments. The amount of each installment will be clearly stated at checkout and in your order confirmation.

3. Payment Method Authorization: By selecting the 4-Month Payment Plan option, you authorize Podcast & Co. or its designated payment processor to charge the agreed-upon installments to the provided payment method.

4. Late Payments: It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for each installment payment. If a payment fails to process due to insufficient funds or other reasons, Podcast & Co. reserves the right to temporarily suspend your access to the course materials until the outstanding payment is resolved.

5. Course Access: Upon successful completion of the first payment, you will receive immediate access to the course materials. Access to subsequent modules and resources will be granted as each installment payment is received.

6. Refund Policy: Please note that the 4-Month Payment Plan is a binding commitment. Once the first payment is processed, refunds or cancellations are not available for the remaining installments. Refunds for the first payment are subject to the standard refund policy, as outlined in the terms and conditions provided separately.

7. Course Completion: It is your responsibility to complete the full course within the designated timeline. Failure to complete the course does not absolve you from the obligation to fulfill all installment payments.

8. Default and Collection: In the event of default on any installment payment, Podcast & Co. reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover the outstanding balance. You will be responsible for any collection fees or charges incurred as a result of non-payment.

9. Modification or Termination: Podcast & Co. reserves the right to modify or terminate the 4-Month Payment Plan option at any time, including changes to the payment schedule or installment amounts. In the event of termination, all outstanding installments will remain due as originally agreed upon.

10. Payment Processor: Podcast & Co. may utilize third-party payment processors to facilitate the installment payments. The terms and conditions of the payment processor may apply and will be communicated to you during the checkout process.
