Terms and Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Mic Drop Mastermind program ("Program") operated by [YOUR COMPANY NAME] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the Mic Drop Mastermind, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Mic Drop Mastermind is a 9-month coaching program designed for women who want to start a podcast or are in the early stages of podcasting. The Program includes:

  • Weekly 2-hour co-working sessions (virtual and in-person)
  • Monthly masterminding sessions
  • Guest speaker presentations
  • Monthly one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Women who podcast networking events
  • Access to our exclusive podcasting methodology

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Participants must be female, at least 18 years of age, and interested in podcasting.

3.2 The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse participation to anyone who does not meet the eligibility requirements.

4. ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT

4.1 Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and completed registration forms.

4.2 Payment Options:

  • Paid in full (PIF) upon enrollment; OR
  • Monthly payment plan for the duration of the 9-month program

4.3 All payments are non-refundable.

4.4 Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination from the Program without refund of any amounts previously paid.

5. TERM AND TERMINATION

5.1 The Program runs for 9 months from the official start date.

5.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program if:

  • You fail to actively participate in the Program
  • You fail to complete assigned work
  • You breach any of these Terms
  • You engage in conduct that is disruptive, harmful, or contrary to the Program's objectives
  • You fail to make payments as agreed

5.3 No refunds will be issued upon termination for any reason.

6. PROGRAM DELIVERY

6.1 Program content will be delivered through virtual and in-person sessions as described in the Program Description.

6.2 The Company reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Program structure, content, or schedule with notice to participants.

6.3 While the Company will make reasonable efforts to schedule sessions at convenient times, it is the participant's responsibility to attend scheduled sessions.

7. PARTICIPANT COMMITMENTS

7.1 You agree to actively participate in all Program components.

7.2 You understand that your results depend on your level of engagement and implementation of the Program content.

7.3 You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and to create a supportive environment.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 All materials, methodologies, resources, and content provided as part of the Program ("Program Materials") are the intellectual property of the Company.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Program Materials for your personal podcasting endeavors only.

8.3 You may not:

  • Share, sell, copy, distribute, or publish Program Materials
  • Record sessions without express permission
  • Use Program Materials to create competing products or services
  • Represent the Program's methodology as your own

9. RESULTS AND GUARANTEES

9.1 The Company provides guidance and methodology for launching a podcast, but cannot guarantee specific results.

9.2 Success depends on individual effort, implementation, and external factors beyond the Company's control.

9.3 By participating in the Program and following the methodology provided, participants will have the tools and knowledge needed to launch a podcast, but actual launch and success are ultimately the participant's responsibility.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

10.1 You agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the Program.

10.2 You agree not to disclose personal or business information shared by other participants without their express consent.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 The Company's maximum liability arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Program.

11.2 The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.

11.3 The Company is not responsible for the success or failure of your podcast or business endeavors.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Program shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

12.2 If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in [YOUR JURISDICTION].

13. MODIFICATIONS

13.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with notice to participants.

13.2 Continued participation in the Program after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. MISCELLANEOUS

14.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your participation in the Program.

14.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
